Orders and shipping

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Order before 8:00 PM = Delivered tomorrow.
Orders placed on business days before 8:00 PM are shipped the same day via our fulfilment center, Fullfillers. Delivery usually takes place the next working day.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Once your Zánoir suitcase is on its way, you’ll automatically receive a track & trace link to follow your delivery.

Do we also sell on Bol.com?

Yes, our Zánoir suitcases are also available on Bol.com. Orders placed there before midnight are usually delivered the next day, in accordance with Bol.com's delivery conditions. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

At the moment we only deliver within the Netherlands and Belgium, but we are working on expanding our reach!

Is the lock TSA certified?

Is the shell scratch-resistant?

Yes. The outer shell is made of a durable scratch-resistant material to keep your suitcase looking sleek and stylish - even after multiple trips.

Are the wheels silent? 

Yes. Our suitcase features four silent spinner wheels that glide smoothly in all directions. They reduce noise and offer effortles control, even on rough surfaces. 

Is the suitcase lightweight?

Yes. Zánoir suitcases are designed to be ultra-lightweight without compromising durability. This makes them easier to carry and helps you stay within airline weight limits. 

What is the cup holder on the back for?

The built-in cup holder at the back of the suitcase is a unique feature designed for convenience. Whether you're at the airport or on the go, you can securely place your drink while keeping your hands free. 

What is the lift-up compartment on the front? 

The front-facing lift-up compartment gives you quick access to essentials like your laptop, documents, or charger - without having to open the entire suitcase. 

What is the broad handle? 

Our broad handle provides a more balanced and stable grip, reducing wrist strain and giving you better control while rolling the suitcase. 

What are the side hooks for? 

The side hooks allow you to attach small bags, accessories, or items like a neck pillow - making it easier to travel hands-free.

Returns and Warranty 

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

You can return your suitcase within 14 days of receipt , provided it is unused and in its original packaging. However, we do charge return costs.

Do I have a warranty on my suitcase?

Yes, you get a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. If there is anything wrong, contact us and we will fix it for you! See what exactly is covered by our warranty in our warranty policy
