2.1 All products on the Zánoir website are subject to availability.
2.2 All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout and may be charged separately.
3.1 Orders can only be placed via our website https://zanoir.nl.
3.2 Payment must be completed in full using the available payment methods (such as iDEAL, credit card, or PayPal).
3.3 Zánoir reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
4.1 We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days.
4.2 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.
4.3 Zánoir is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect information provided by the customer.
5.1 Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Dutch Distance Selling Act.
5.2 Returned products must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5.4 Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
6.1 All content on the Zánoir website—including text, images, videos, designs, and logos—is the property of Zánoir and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2 It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or use any content from our site without written permission from Zánoir.
7.1 Zánoir values your privacy and handles all personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.1 Zánoir is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse of its products.
8.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

9.2 In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach an amicable solution. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
10.1 Zánoir reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take effect once published on our website.
