How does our warranty work?

Coverage: Our warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing. If your product experiences an issue within this scope, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Assessment: Our team will inspect the damage and decide whether a repair is possible or if a replacement is needed. If the same model is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable alternative of equal value.

Warranty period: The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
– Accidents, impacts, or rough handling
– General wear and tear over time
– Improper or irresponsible use
– Exposure to extreme heat, cold, solvents, or salt water
– Unauthorized modifications, external repairs, or makeshift fixes such as forcing zippers or locks

Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any consequential damage to persons or property, even if such damage results from a defect in the product.
